Silver Design Package

Our most popular service, offering a full professional site evaluation and detailed scaled plans to get your project contractor-ready.

Includes:

• Consultation & Briefing: An initial video consultation followed by a thorough, in-person site visit to map out your brief.

• Site Analysis: Approximate site measurements and physical survey of the garden taken by HGD.

• Visual Mood Board: A beautiful PDF detailing design themes, concept ideas, planting styles, and material suggestions.

• Scaled 2D Concept Plan: A scaled, two-dimensional layout plan mapping out your new garden structure.

• Contractor-Ready Basics: Initial plans suitable for obtaining preliminary contractor quotes, backed by basic 3D visuals to help you picture the space.

• The Full Silver Package: Including initial consultations, site briefing, and comprehensive mood boards.

• Collaborative Design Development: Deep-dive concept consultations with up to three sets of design amendments included to perfect the layout.

• Photorealistic 3D Walkthroughs: Immersive, high-definition 3D visuals produced once the layout is agreed, giving you a realistic look and feel of your finished space.

• Bespoke Lighting Design: A dedicated lighting layout plan to ensure your garden looks spectacular day and night.

• Master Design Detailed Drawings: Extensive, detailed annotated 2D drawings for your records and an identical set optimised for contractors to provide pinpoint-accurate build quotes.

  Platinum Design & Project Oversight Package

  The ultimate, fully-managed luxury experience. Designed for clients who want a flawless, hands-off transformation. We manage the entire process for you—from the first pencil sketch, through contractor tendering, right up to the day the final plant is placed.

  Included:

  • The Full Gold Package: Including comprehensive consultations, mood boards, bespoke lighting plans, and extensive 2D master construction drawings.

  • Photorealistic 3D Walkthroughs: Immersive, high-definition 3D visuals to preview your finished space.

  • Contractor Liaison & Tendering: We handle the stressful part. We will distribute the plans to trusted, reputable contractors, review their incoming quotations on your behalf, and help you select the right team for the job.

  • Full Project Oversight: Regular, dedicated site visits throughout the build phase to inspect the work, ensure construction methods align perfectly with the design intent, and resolve any unforeseen site conditions instantly.

  • Contractor Point-of-Contact: We act as the sole professional link between you and the build team. Any variations, material adjustments, or questions on-site go through us, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience for you.

  • Final Project Handover: A thorough final walkthrough inspection with the contractor upon completion to ensure the build meets our rigorous quality standards before the keys to your new garden are handed over.

  Prices from £5,500 (or 12%–15% of your overall project budget, depending on the size and complexity)

  • A 30% date-holder deposit is required upfront to secure your design slot.

  • Terms & Conditions: Includes up to four sets of design amendments during the concept stage. While we provide oversight and contractor liaison, the physical construction liability, site health and safety execution, and structural warranties remain the legal responsibility of the appointed contractor (as per our standard T&Cs). Fully bespoke planting design plans are quoted separately based on the final meterage (m2).

Package Add-Ons & Important Notes

• Planting Plan Design (Quoted Separately): Beautiful gardens take meticulous botanical planning. Planting designs are quoted individually once the structural layout is finalised, calculated based on the total square meters (m2) of the planting beds.

• Project Oversight (Charged Hourly): Complex garden builds benefit immensely from professional eyes on-site. We offer an hourly oversight service to ensure the contractor executes the build exactly to the design intent. This can be booked once your contractor timeline is confirmed.

• Topographical Surveys: For exceptionally large, complex, or heavily sloping gardens, an independent professional topographical survey may be required prior to design work commencing.

• General Disclaimer: Project oversight, physical construction, and planting plans are not included in the baseline package fees unless explicitly stated.
