Basic Bronze Package

Initial consultation via video call followed by a brief site meeting. Using our design experience, we will gather together ideas based on your requirements and provide basic 2D Layout plans.

Client to supply measurements of the garden, house, position of windows and doors.

What’s included:

• ½ hour – 1 hour site meeting
• PDF mood board detailing design ideas and concepts.
• 2D concept layout plans (scale measurements can only be used as an approximate guide) 

Prices from £700 depending on the size / scope of the design.

*10% date holder deposit is required up front to secure your design slot.

* All concept ideas and measurements need to be double checked by the landscaper

Silver Garden Design Package

Initial consultation via video call followed by a thorough site visit/design briefing. Using our design experience, we will gather together ideas based on your requirements.

What’s included:

• Garden consultation, briefing meeting
• HGD to take approximate measurements/survey of the garden
• PDF mood board detailing design ideas and concepts.
• Planting styles and material suggestions.
• 2D concept layout plan (to scale)
• Basic plans for contractor quotations
• Basic 3D visuals

Prices from £1,100 depending on the size / scope of the design.

*10% date holder deposit is required up front to secure your design slot.

Consultation Terms & Conditions

* 3D Rendered plans and lighting design are NOT included in this service. This package only includes one set of amends.

Gold Garden Design Consultation

Everything you will need to create the garden of your dreams right through to the start of construction.

What’s included:

• The full silver package (above)
• Design consultation covering concept plans, draft layout, and mood board. You can make up to three amends at this stage, a further consultation can take place if needed.
• Once a concept/layout is agreed upon, 3D walkthrough visuals are produced to give you a realistic look and feel of your finished garden.
• Lighting Design Plans
• Extensive 2D construction drawings to keep and one set for the contractor to obtain an accurate landscaping quote.

Prices from £2,300 (or 10% of your overall budget – depending on the size/scope of the project)

* If more than three sets of amends are required these will be charged at an hourly rate.

* Project oversight and planting design are not included in any of the above.

*Topographical Surveys may be required for large/sloping gardens

Project Oversight – Charged Hourly

Complex garden designs can require project oversight to ensure the construction sticks to plan and you achieve the desired look. We charge an hourly rate for this and can book this in once a timescale for the build has been agreed.

Planting Plan Design

This can be quoted once the designs are complete and is based on sqm of planting area.

Beautiful gardens take a lot of planning and preparation – the sooner you start the better. It’s never too early.
